Careful planning, appropriate behavior in the field and the experience of being able to identify potential danger points are the basis for your safety when skiing or riding out of bounds.
Ski Academy’s Mountain Safety Course is designed to share valuable knowledge on how to be safe in the high-alpine environment and includes avalanche beacon training for beginners and advanced levels.*
During our safety training you will learn about risk factors for avalanches, how to assess them and thus avoid avalanches. Acquire the essentials rules of how to behave and start the search after an avalanche. Understand how to read the avalanche bulletin and how to use this data when planning tours.
